Customer Service Advocate

- Fluent in English
- Fluent in at least one additional language or more (Russian, Arabic, Turkish, French, Spanish, Hindi, etc.) both speaking and writing
- Fast learner
- Experience in dealing with demanding clients from a service perspective and thinking outside the box
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Monitor social media platforms to support our clients’ needs and requests
- Handle tickets, chats & calls to facilitate 24/7 support to our clients
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues

- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, product development and program development teams.

- Higher education preferably in business administration or marketing.
- Fluent in English and Russian (knowledge of any other language is a plus).
- Experience with building and implementing of marketing strategy.
- Experience with marketing tools, SMM, email marketing, etc.
- Experience with content writing.

- Implementation of sales strategies.

Working hours: 9AM-6PM or 10AM-7PM (unlimited WFH option)
