Customer Service Advocate Position at a Partner Company

Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in at least one additional language or more (Russian, Arabic, Turkish, French, Spanish, Hindi, etc.) both speaking and writing
- Fast learner
- Experience in dealing with demanding clients from a service perspective and thinking outside the box
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media platforms to support our clients’ needs and requests
- Handle tickets, chats & calls to facilitate 24/7 support to our clients
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues
